β I thought all of the staff were very polite. The breakfast room was overcrowded on Sunday, May 29th. It was standing room only. I was very impressed with the poise and professionalism of Myia, who was the only person assigned to manage the breakfast room. Miya took a leadership position to request that upon completing our breakfast we bring our plates and silverware up to the area by the back room. This facilitated quick cleaning of the items so that other guests could use them to obtain and eat their breakfast. On Monday morning, May 30th, there were only 2-3 people in the breakfast room. Miya was working the front desk in the lobby. She explained that the hotel assigns her to different positions for the experience. Very good! I hope management training is in her future with Sheraton Hotels.
