Went for a boring business trip and left with some really fun memories
✓ loved the room and the staff at the desk was amazing every time i interacted with them. The food was awesome and I really felt at home here. The Valet parking was a Godsend and everyone I interacted with was great!, The room was amazing, had comfy furniture and a nice work table and the closet was huge! and I really loved that shower. I wanted to take it home with me!
✗ the minifridge had no space to store water to get it cold so i could take it with me to meetings. I wasn't sure if the Flow cartons were complimentary until my last night there.

✗ I had an emergency - had to check out a day early. It’s been over 3+ weeks and I haven’t recieved my credit. One of the lady at the front desk wasn’t helpful. She explained to me there’s nothing she can do with me checking out a day early. I’ve made several attempts but haven’t been successful.

✓ Nice seating in the bar and beds were comfortable
✗ I was sitting at the bar on the second evening after eating there the previous night and saw a mouse run through the bar. My friend pointed it out to me and informed the bar staff who did not seem surprised. Didn’t see anyone take any safety measures. So I got the check and left the bar area.

✗ There’s no refrigerator in the rooms. You can pay a daily extra fee to get one. They recently added a daily resort fee, which increases the price.
