Four Points by Sheraton Philadelphia Airport

It was fine.

✓ Comfy bed

✗ Somehow a lot of water ended up on the bathroom floor after my shower. The restaurant was closed. I waited about 35 minutes for a shuttle from the airport.

Rooms not worth the price

✓ Lobby bar/ restaurant had great food.

✗ Rooms are very dated. Worn furniture. Peeling/chipped paint on the walls. There were too many children left unattended running through the hallways knocking on doors. I complained to the front desk staff and they didn’t do anything about it. I’ll definitely be staying something near Center City next time.

✗ It took the shuttle bus almost an hour to reach me at the airport. it was mayhem. I arrived at airport at 12:30am and didn't reach my room until 2:30am!!!

✗ Not all that clean. Their bus service was a 1/2 hour later coming after I was told it would be there in 2 to 4 minutes. The dinner was not all that good. Without a car there was no other choice.

It was a nice hotel, but . . . .

✓ Clean rooms, bar

✗ Far from downtown Philadelphia and the ballparks. Plus a lack of public transportation to those places

I only stayed here for a night but luckily I had an upgrade from a king bed to 2 double beds

✓ I got early check in and an upgrade from king bed to two double beds. Morning view was nice with no obstructed view of the sky.

Convenient & economical

✓ Good, economical (for an airport hotel) 4-night stay, with excellent access from and to airport every 20 mins (10-min journey). Spacious room, with good bathroom facilities. Good fitness room, and I wish that I had used the outdoor swimming pool! All staff were great. 20-min walk to SEPTA regional train service into Philadelphia city centre (20 min journey, once an hour).

✗ I wasn't really taken by the restaurant or breakfast offerings, but that was me versus American food. Nearest supermarket 20-min walk (which was fine for me).

Been to better.

✗ Well the coffee in the lobby was cold at 1100, it took 2 days after asking to have the linen changed out . There’s only one driver in the AM when you have 10+ going to the airport and not including the other hotels it picks up so you have to catch an Uber.
