Bit of a hickup finding the place, but once I was there, absolutely perfect!

✓ Pretty much everything. I was a bit worried about the low rating, but after spending half a week there, I'm happy to say that it was fantastic: super comfortable bed, clean, had everything I needed, and it was very central.

✗ It was had to find. The door is not super close to the main number and the houses in between have non-sequential numbers. Hardly the host's fault, but once I called and talked with the host, everything was sorted out pretty fast and I was helped to find it.

✗ It was dirty and the smell of cigarettes was overbearing, damp on wall, entrance hall disgusting, location not as described so had to find alternative accommodation as unable to stay due to smell and filth

✓ The apartment in itself is nice.

✗ The apartment is a basement flat (not advertised as this) with no natural light coming in. The television remote did not work. I contacted the company/person who asked for images of the remote - no response! I asked for it to be fixed the following day. Result - no television for my 5 night stay, and yet they have asked for a 5 star rating!!!! Also, do not bring valuables - the windows have no locks!
