✓ Great location, like the bright colours!

✗ The host kindly left vacuum packed tubs of breakfast cereal, but unfortunately these were stale. Also, couldn't get the TVs working, might be worth leaving instructions.

It was adequate for our needs although perhaps just a little expensive? But it’s Brighton.

✓ You can see the sea from the front window, albeit through a cracked window. Clean sheets, bed ok if a little soft for me. Clean and tidy. Parking is a nightmare, although we did manage to park outside on the second night. Nice shower. Towels not provided. USB sockets, useful. Bright and airy rooms.

✗ No host instructions/book that we could find? No tea towels? No instructions on what to do with rubbish and recycling etc. Smoke alarm went off randomly during each night, very annoying. Front entrance and stairs a little shabby but clean. 5 sets of stairs to carry your luggage up! Noisy neighbours the first night but much quieter the next night. Fridge still had food in it from previous guests.

Great location. Bad accommodation

✓ The location was absolutely amazing. Within about 15 minutes from everyone. A 5 minute walk to brighton pier.

✗ However, the place was surface level clean with it being dusty, dirt marks on the wall, loud noise coming from upstairs at all hours, random alarm going off late at night on the first night, TV didn't work like a TV could only broadcast YouTube, broken chair and bed, had to walk up to the room in the dark, shower drain doesnt work well and began to flood after 4 minutes of use. Perfect location but with all that was wrong I couldn't recommend at all.
