✓ Location was great.

✗ The pull out sofa was very uncomfortable. The legs were unstable and felt like it was going to collapse. There was a sock on floor left from previous guest. I pint of milk wouldn't of gone a miss so you can make a coffee. I have stayed and actually my job is cleaning air bnbs and all of them leave at least one pint of milk.

Overall a good stay

✓ Location was excellent and good communication with the host.

✗ Really quite small and a little difficult to move up to and around the property with a buggy. A little more attention to detail required- toilet paper/soap, but host in regular communication and helped to try and sort any minor issues.

✓ The property was very clean throughout. There was everything that we could have wanted, provided for us. The location of this property is excellent, close to shops, restaurants and the beach.

✗ The sofa was a little hard to sit on, but comfortable to sleep on as a bed.

Exceptional

Nice, perfect for what we needed, but shame about the ants.

✗ There were a couple of issues. Firstly there seemed to be an issue with ants in the apartment. On our last morning we ending up having to go out for breakfast as ants had got into all the food we had left in the kitchen. Even in the cereal and biscuits. Secondly the pull out sofa was very hard.

Very enjoyable stay; the flat was stylish, clean and cosy. Only wish i'd had a few more days there!

✓ The layout of the flat, location and proximity from the town centre and seafront. Also found the host communicative and very responsive and got plenty of info ahead of time.
