✓ Very modern and clean. Superb meal, welcome Prosecco. Steak was of a very good standard. very friendly and helpful staff - Radak and Daniel with their knowledge of wine and conversation made my visit. Will hopefully visit again in the future, 5 stars!

✗ Expensive in-house parking, I would expect none or just a symbolic charge for underground parking. The third bed in a booked tripple bedroom was quite a simple bed.

One of the best accomodation I have had, great value, great staff, excellent in all ways possible.

Winter fairytale in the Czech Republic

✓ that is my third time in the Grand Hotel Hradec, I really appreciate the way the staff treats guests. They are extremely attentive and very polite. I think that it is one of the best hotel for winter and summer relax in the whole Czech Republic. We felt comfy and also we want to come back soon. Super clean rooms, amazing breakfast and dinner in their own restaurant on the ground floor. We were happy! Thank you!

✓ Beautiful design hotel, cozy room with large window, big comfortable bed. Very nice environment and atmosphere in the hotel.

✗ Paid in house (!) parking for 420 czk per day Paid wellness for 320 Czk per entry The restaurant is just not value for the money The staff is unpleasant, they could be a bit friendlier The room was heated only to 17 degrees. I had to come down the reception twice to ask for turning on the heating.
