Exceptional in every detail!

The room was super clean, breakfast was on point. Two TVs in the apartment were a luxury. Staff was always super helpful and kind. Even though we arrived at 20:30 - we got very clear instructions on how to get into the room. The restaurant is serving very tasty food - recommend not only for breakfasts. We'll visit again!

Sometimes there was music playing in the hallway - it might be annoying to some people. Also, there was no curtain in the shower, so the water was splashing on the floor but that's a small inconvenience.

brand new hotel, nice views

Very nice studio with kitchenette, sofa, dining table & 4 chairs, brand new (including the bathroom) Nice view to the slopes & forest, elevator available, very friendly receptionist. International TV channels available. Very good breakfast - We enjoyed the eggs variate, yogurt with different kind of berries jam, homemade rillette/pate, fresh seasonal fruits and bakery goods.

The restaurant is divided in 2 separate venues/rooms, the breakfast was served in a quite dark part of it. Its more like a bar rather then homey restaurant. The variate of cheese and ham/salami can be improved for a 4* hotel (not everybody eats bacon and parky/sausages). Thought its good to have some cream cheese too. To enter the hotel parking you need to go to reception to ask to lift the barrier. It was very difficult at 10 pm in the evening to figure out whom to ask for it. Finally we went to the restaurant. Good to have next to the barrier & reception some instructions or make it working with the hotel cards.

Dobrý den, chceme si zarezervovali pokoj pro 2 dospělé + dítě 1,5 let, které s námi spí v posteli, přistýlka by nebyla třeba. Ve výběru je možnost pouze pro 2 nebo 3 dospělé osoby, pro dítě nám systém možnost nenabízí. Máme tedy udělat rezervaci pro 3 nebo 2 a za dítě doplatit? Děkuji Burešová

Hello, it is necessary to have at least an antigen test not older than 72 hours before entering the hotel, we do not have tests on the premises, it is possible to buy them at any pharmacy and test them upon arrival at the hotel.
