This was my second stay at this property, I love it here, great location with Timothy beach nearby and Basseterre not far away. The property is very comfortable and clean. if I get back to St Kitts again, I’ll definitely stay again. The host is lovely.

perfect for one or two people. Lovely property to stay at, very comfortable and FaceTimes were good. Swimming pool was nice to have to cool off and relax around. Timothy beach is just a short walk away. ‘The Strip’ and ‘The Retreat’ are nearby food eating out with shops and other options near the Marriott Hotel. The host was also very nice

couples of very minor things. Bedroom would benefit from having a bedside cabinet and there are a lot of switches to get used to for the lights and ceiling fans

The photos on the site don't do it justice. The apartment is a great size and lots of areas to sit & read, eat and drink. A lovely layout.

The only minor thing that would make it even better would be maybe a small bedside table with a lamp, to have some more light.in the bedroom.

The location is perfectly situated, next to restaurants, bars and shopping. Apart from the location, the area is tranquil and serene... the apartment is well kept and all basic necessities for cooking is provided. My host is gracious and helpful, very attentive to detail. Icing on the cake was welcome drinks and water provided on arrival. I would highly recommend.

It’s quiet and extremely private. The perfect home away from home. Nice mini vacay getaway. Be sure to take a bottle of wine with you and enjoy it while relaxing by the pool. The view is so peaceful.

I liked the location. The property is very beautiful, the only downside to CosyNest was the awful Customer Service I felt the owner was very out of line and had no manners she doesn't know how to speak to people and I feel as aneeded African American she is RACIST calling your guest (YOU PEOPLE) and saying things such a you people don't belong in a place like this ...is VERY disrespectful I WILL NEVER BOOK TO STAY THERE AGAIN very lovely room beautiful property but the Hostess HAS TO GO

The guest needs to tell the whole story. He brought 14 persons in a space for 2 to host a party that he got no permission for. To make matters worst it was illegal to host parties/gathering at that time which he knew but breached the law at my expense. You must be honest with your assessment youngman!

can i invite someone over just to spend a night or jus for couple of hours and then take dem back home is that possible?

The maximum capacity is 2 people, so long as you maintain and respect this limit everything will be fine

Im seeking a property with a pool for a private birthday celebration, would this property accommodate that?

If the private party is for 2 persons (who will be guests at CosyNest) the pool/pool deck is available. However, our policy does not allow for outside guests to attend a party since this is a private residence.

Good afternoon does the swimming pool have a sunbed or is it just table and chairs.... How much does it cost in a taxi from the airport please

We have lounge chairs on the swimming pool deck. It cost about US$20 from the airport to the property

Are there any local supermarkets/groceries where I can by to cook instead going to the restaurants.

There are 2 supermarkets close by - one within walking distance and the other a 5-minute drive away
