Love it here, can’t wait to go back!
✓ This was my second stay at this property, I love it here, great location with Timothy beach nearby and Basseterre not far away. The property is very comfortable and clean. if I get back to St Kitts again, I’ll definitely stay again. The host is lovely.

perfect ‘home from home’ in great location.
✓ perfect for one or two people. Lovely property to stay at, very comfortable and FaceTimes were good. Swimming pool was nice to have to cool off and relax around. Timothy beach is just a short walk away. ‘The Strip’ and ‘The Retreat’ are nearby food eating out with shops and other options near the Marriott Hotel. The host was also very nice
✗ couples of very minor things. Bedroom would benefit from having a bedside cabinet and there are a lot of switches to get used to for the lights and ceiling fans

✓ Private location, clean, safe, secured, cost, friendly staff, walking distance to restaurants.

A lovely host. Great apartment and facilities.
✓ The photos on the site don't do it justice. The apartment is a great size and lots of areas to sit & read, eat and drink. A lovely layout.
✗ The only minor thing that would make it even better would be maybe a small bedside table with a lamp, to have some more light.in the bedroom.

If the private party is for 2 persons (who will be guests at CosyNest) the pool/pool deck is available. However, our policy does not allow for outside guests to attend a party since this is a private residence.
