near the airport and warner park food was good staff was freindly room was clean nice view nice outdoor dinning area nice pool

not within walking distance from the main road no access to a microwave hotels in the us and canada has a microwave in their room the peggassis hotel in guyana has a microwave in the lobby they could not warm up some food for me.becaause you want me to buy your expensive food they charge me $10 fpr a bottle of water $5 at the ST kitts music f

it was available

no beach — this is an island resort and it no beach available to its clients at the facility itself. no ocean view —only available with one king sized bed, not 2. food was very mediocre and the waitstaff with one exception ran on “island time”. they also needed more training. Kerry was the exception. there were tiny little bugs in the bathroom but were swept away when I complained. this is a tropical island and pest extermination should be frequent

the employee Cozel is very friendly and provided an above and beyond service. the value of the hotel is great.

the location is not great, there’s nothing around but bushes. you have to pay to get to centre. no shops around.

The staff was pleasant and inviting from the time I arrived to my departure. The team at the restaurant was also welcoming and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. I highly recommend Koi.

The hotel doesn't have beach access but their lovely pool makes up for this deficit and the beach at Frigate Bay is only a 10-minute drive away.

I enjoyed everything about this resort. the location. the building itself is setup like a botanical garden. it is breathtaking. the ocean view. the mountain views. the beautiful staff. the friendly staff. the food. the drinks. the bad reviews are because you need a rental car if youre going to stay here. its a 5 mins drive from frigate bay and the marriott. book a rental car and you will not regret staying at the Koi resort.
