✓ I didn’t have breakfast. Everything was very very good, except there were no booklets or menus, or any kind of information in the room, not even a telephone book. I will say, I had to call for help to get the tv and the coffee maker going (simply a case of being old and stupid….ha ha), however the man that responded was extra special, very kind and so understanding. If all people were like him it would be a better world. Thanks for an enjoyable time at your hotel. Manager to be commended.

We enjoyed our stay, and would book again!
✓ we love how close it was to the comic con. The room was a good size for 3 adults.
✗ the sofa bed could be better, it wasn't very comfy. And the tv in the living room would change the volume and shows on its own. It was like watching a haunted tv! LOL

Overall would highly recommend the the Hilton garden inn.
✓ Clean, , quiet spacious room. Restaurant on site has a great menu with delicious vegetarian options. Close to airport, with 24 hr shuttle service. Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff.
✗ Not being able to pre-book an early morning shuttle to airport for a 4:15 am departure meant I factored in time for a possible delay in shuttle arriving and was not as well rested with the worry of that. The shuttle was ordered when I checked out and took twenty minutes to arrive.

✗ There was a funny smell when I entered the room for the first time, like a room that was closed up for a long time and it was dated.

✓ Didn't have breakfast, but should have been included in the higher price point. Food ordered at room service was excellent.
✗ I checked online pricing but rate was approximately $100 more when I booked. Very disappointed. Room was lovely and clean but very large. I expect it was because it was on the ground floor? Still don't know what I was actually billed.

We were not pet friendly a few years ago, so you most likely saw an old reply. We are pet friendly now! We will be happy to have your furry friends staying with us. There is a $75 pet fee per pet to be charged at check in.

We do have a complimentary shuttle service that we share with our neighbouring hotel. Our shuttle runs 24hrs/day. Coming from the airport, it is on demand as needed and guests are asked to call the hotel to request the shuttle
