✓ Everything. Bed was comfortable, room was very clean and had great amenities, location was excellent. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range.

✓ Very cozy and quaint. Kitchenette👍. Balcony with courtyard view. Extremely close proximity to Byward Market. Complimentary umbrellas for guests’ use while parursing Market when raining. Inexpensive pay per use public 🅿️ directly beside the Inn.
✗ No on site 🅿️. Ice machine in kitchen so staff must retrieve for you in a cereal bowl. Ice buckets would be much better.
✓ The breakfast and room cleanliness were very good. The location was good to walk, but not in the nicest area?
✗ The area was a little shady. The air conditioning system was loud, but we were glad to have it.
✓ Don't know how, it seems it's all booked when I resided there, but it's very quiet for a good sleep.
✗ I forgot to bring toothpaste, and it's too late when I realize they don't provide, either for free or sale, so I had the chance to find a convenience store in downtown at mid-night, experiencing night life.
✓ The price was good for the area and the hotel looked nice outside and in. Little kitchenette area was nice, bathroom was a good size and we had a small balcony to relax on in the evening. The staff were very friendly on check in and held our bags for an hour on check out. Good neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and bars, a short walk from the centre.
✗ Twin room was made up of two singles. Not the end of the world, but after staying in twin queen rooms for the rest of our trip it was underwhelming. Breakfast was quire disappointing. It seemed quite random in selection. But it was food, it was plentiful and it did the job.
✓ Location, check-in, breakfast
✗ Bed too soft.
✓ Good size room and very nice breakfast in a attractive dining room. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was close to many restaurants and Parliament was a easy walk. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would be happy to stay here again.
