It was perfect and I loved the amenities.
✓ Clean, staff are nice and courteous
✗ It was confusing because connected to another hotel. When ou driver parked the car they didn’t know they were in another hotel and it confused them because the door key didn’t work. It turned out they were not in the right hotel.

overall, it was a verygood stay and i really liked the place would comeback
✓ the room and the facilities are very good and i felt comfortable staying there. i choose the hotel because of the location for my necessity. location is ideal for me. the room service was good and fast.
✗ parking could have been better. very limited space and expensive for guests. and finding a spot was difficult. Room facilities could be better. hotel does not serve TEA drinkers and only coffee was served. not all guests drink coffee. there was no ice available in the machine when i tried.

✗ Rooms aren't renovation uniformly. Booked based on my memories from a previous booking, though the experience was not as great this time around. (5th vs 8th floor)

✓ Room was nice, bathroom was very nice and everything felt very clean. Staff were friendly and professional.
✗ Pricing was high. No one answered when we called repeatedly for the front desk. Parking ticket didn't work even though we were suppose to have in and out privileges and no one answered our calls while in parking area, so had to select lost ticket as we were stuck in the parking and needed to leave.

We do have a pool. We do not have a parking but we have a deal with a public parking. It is called indigo parking on daly avenue and it cost 33 cad per day with in and out privilege's.

Hi, All of our rooms are equipped with coolers. There is however a fridge at the front desk if you need to keep something frozen.
