Nice facility in terrible repair.
✓ Toilet only filled in more than 10 minutes. Not correctly installed. Two of three sliding doors did not open. I was overcharged more than $100.

My new go-to hotel in the Monterey area!
✓ The room was very comfortable, and even had a little balcony. I love the high ceilings here! It's a short 10 minute drive to Monterey. It's my second time here and I would come back again!
✗ there are no restaurants super close by so note that you will need to eat out for dinner/ get takeout.

Happy that we returned after many years to this hotel
✓ Rooms were comfortable and spacious. It is located in a nice setting and only a 3 minute drive to the beach at Asilomar.
✗ In the breakfast room there is only chairs and tables for a limited number of people.

Great location, unfriendly staff.
✓ Spacious suite in a lovely location.
✗ furniture was stained. Whenever a simple request was made the staff would politely insist that they were NOT required to help. We stayed 4 nights, there was always a car in the handicap parking that did NOT have a handicap placard. Staff said their lot was private property and they did NOT have to comply with the ADA. We were finally able to use the handicap parking on our last night. I politely asked if I might quickly grab some salt from the breakfast room and was informed that breakfast had already ended Too, they refused to return the photocopy of my ID and Credit Card. Staff were never rude, but completely disinterested in being helpful.
