Fabulous

✓ Really only slept here as had friends living nearby. But communication was great, and check-in was easy, room was very clean and comfortable.

✗ Appreciated non-contact check-in and check-out but was a little uncomfortable giving my credit card number for incidentals over the phone... (Phone connections were poor, for some reason...)

I would recommend and stay again.

✗ The electrical outlets should probably be updated plugs didnt stay plugged in too well.There was no breakfast, the room smelt a little musty but otherwise was very nice.

✗ there was confusion which room I was in based on email confirmation such that I could not get into the room the email specified. I had been assigned a different room but had not been informed.

Great choice of a place to stay the night and have a good night sleep.

✓ Convenient location. Easy drive to/from, my favorite coffee shop and walking distance to the ocean…

The off-season price was great for such special accommodations.

✓ I've never before stayed anywhere that had no human being on the premises. But the phone connection worked out fine, though the fast speech and strong accent of the person I spoke with to get my room code number made that connection challenging. The rooms were lovely. The bed was excellent. The location was handy. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Overall a nice stay. Rooms are badic snd clean and it was all I was looking for. The house rules are strict as this is a

✗ No personal contact to the hotel personal who works remote. All access via key codes etc. The personal touch got lost. The hotel could also use a bit of touch up (window clean and new paint)
