✓ It was close to the metro and straightforward trip to Gare du Nord. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good and the staff were friendly.
✗ Not keen on the green plastic wardrobe area and no hand towels given only bath towels.

I will stay here when I come next. It’s good value for the money
✓ Amazing location, pantin is just a place you will enjoy being. Everything you’d need is around the hotel premises. Supermarkets, restaurants, shopping malls, hospitals and pharmacy’s. The Hoche metro station is 3 mins walk from the hotel.
✗ Some rooms have rugs.I felt better in my second room which had floor of tiles. It was cleaner and heaithier for me The rooms had no fridges

✓ Location was good. Room was clean and value for money
✗ Somebody tried to open my door at 1am! Even if it was double locked, the persons were able to open it! I called the front desk to complain but all he said was sorry and there was a problem with the key. Not very safe if you ask me. There must have been a mistake made

Good hotel for the money but with space to improve.
✓ Very friendly and helpful reception desk, good rooms, excellent rooms service. You do pay the Paris tax of course but outside of that you have a comfortable room to stay the night and everything is cleaned and freshened up daily.
✗ The toilets flush very awkward and take a long time to get down any paper and you don't have a brush to help matters along. Outside of that.. no complains.
