✓ Patricia is perfect! She accommodates quickly any request from guests.
✗ Taking heavy luggages from Luzern train station to the hotel by walk was a bit tired. Perhaps the apartment should give an online free travel ticket (zone 10) in advance and guests can take a free bus to the apartment.

Comfortable apartment with secure entry. Leafy apartment in good location.
✓ I liked the kitchen facilities and opportunity to use laundry facilities downstairs. It had a comfortable bed and armchair. The weather was very warm so fan and opening window were helpful. Convenient location.

✓ Great location that is very close to all the tourist attractions as well as the train station. It’s a vey comfortable room and fully equipped kitchen.

✓ Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Great location, easy walk to station, and close to everything you need. Patricia gave me a warm welcome and was very helpful and accommodating, allowing me to check out late. Great communication from the host with clear information.

Great place for a short stay in Luzern!
✓ Great location, excellent little apartment for a short stay in Luzern. The small kitchen was really well equipped, and I very much appreciated having a Nespresso machine in my room. The location is great, very close to the lake and easy to walk across town. Super glad there was an elevator as my suitcase was really heavy this trip.
✗ For some reason the Google map for this location is confusing, I ended up on the wrong side of the building. Happily I met Christian there who showed me the way.

Perfect stay in Lucerne
✓ This place ticks all the boxes. It is in a great location, one street away from the lake and about a 10 minute walk from the train station. It’s clean, comfortable, and well furnished. The staff is also very nice and responsive to requests. Very happy with the stay.

The Appartements Hofquartier are individually and very carefully furnished, fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, coffee machine (Nespresso) hairdryer, water heater, iron / ironing board, etc.

Dear Gary The Studio can be only reserved for 2 people. If you are 3 people, please choose 2-room-apartment. In the living room we provide you the bed sofa.

All our apartments are either on the ground floor or accessible by lift. The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need to cook. In the basement there are 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers which can be used free of charge.

We do not offer room service. But you are welcome to order food via the usual delivery services. All apartmens have their own kitchen and refrigeration facilities, as well as a private bathroom/shower. You can stay completely private.
