Superbe
✓ Central location within easy walk to most attractions, cafes. restaurants. Clean. Lift access. Very roomy, can accomodate 6. Very responsive host. Air condition available (2), would definitely need in warm weather as room is on top floor.
✗ Checkin process including id upload and face scan must be highlighted in policies and be easily visible before booking. Everything is managed well but people need to know this process upfront.

Fantastic and comfortable
✓ Apartment was spacious and kitchen facilities were great for cooking. TV to connect prime YouTube and Netflix was definitely the factor for this stay, kept us entertained for the night
✗ Maybe a curtain for shower screen, seems easy to splash water out

Exceptionnel
✓ Great location and really well equipped. Nice view of an Alp from the window. It was great that I saved myself a few Francs by buying cans of beer from the supermarket and watching the rugby on IPTV (they also have BBC and other British channels.
✗ Although it was a bit pricier than other apartments we've stayed at in other countries, compared to the price of everything else in Switzerland it was actually good value.

✗ Could have used a second toilet for family of 5, but it was fine and typical of Europe

✓ It’s spacious, clean and well equipped. Host is very friendly and responsive ; self check in makes it convenient. Property is located right beside the bus stop to Lucerne train station. Property is a 10-15min walk to chapel bridge / train station. Supermarket (migros) around 5-10 min walk away.

✓ Amazing apartment. So much room. Pls Ry if extra towels, pillows, blankets and toiletries. Great location, 10-15 mins walk to the station. James was always available for any questions you may have.

The apartment is located within walking distance from the apartment. It take 5-7 min to reach it. Sure, ther public transport or taxi are available as well.

Thank you for your question :) There is a bathroom with a standing shower on the 1st level. On the second level, there is a separate toilet room and an open bathtub right in the bedroom (totally open).
