Wonderful hotel with friendly staff
✓ My family stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding. It was a wonderful experience. They upgraded our rooms, we were allowed to check out later and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend to stay at Best Western Premier Karsiyaka!

8th floor is hell, worst experience, angry reception.
✗ We entered the hotel to checked in and aggressive reception. They gave us top floor(8th), it was very hot and they act everything is ok. After 1.5 hour nothing changed. We asked about problem they said we open air condition for 8th floor and again nothing changed. When I went to reception the guy was angry to me. And everyone in the hotel act everything was normal. Anyway we were planning to rest 2 hours, we just got stressed. At the end they gave us new room in 7th floor, because there were no chance to stay in that room. we stayed in that room 3 hours. bathroom was not clean.

✓ The rooms, staff and general decor were all pretty good, it did provide a 5 star experience. Perfectly good value for money.
