✗ 1.) Some of the toiletries will only be provided upon request. 2.) I called the reception to request for something several times. They told me that they will call me back but no call back. 3.) Room service hotline number is not answering most of the times. 4.) I called the restaurant to deliver some foods to my room but instead told me to tell the room service.

✓ The Staff is very polite and helpful... The breakfast is good but not great. The hotel is very clean and very close to the metro.
✗ not enough lighting in the room at night since they only use the side wall lights.

I don’t recommend to stay there need car to transfer
✓ comfortable bed the manager help us to manage the Ac problem
✗ they control the Ac temperature from reception to save electricity but for me I couldn’t sleep in such hot weather so I complained to the receptionist 3 days until i complain to the manager and explain for him my needs and he asked them to keep the temperature as i wish for my 3 rooms also the breakfast was very simple and the same all the days

✓ I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room.
✗ The air conditioning was not effective though all windows were closed. I reported the issue to the reception desk and they promised to send someone up to check but I was totally ignored.

A wonderful stay for a business trip
✓ Great, comfy, and clean room with a huge balcony with a nice view over Izmir bay and the harbor.
✗ The location is a bit far away from the city center. Not within a walking distance.
