Exactly the retreat I needed!
✓ Loved the available options for breakfast, including allergen sensitive options. Loved the views, the activity recommendations, the proximity to Simonside Park, the service, the care. Highly recommend!
✗ Main complaint would be my bed. Perhaps not the firmness I prefer, but I was still able to sleep deeply throughout the night and for naps!

Very relaxed peaceful stay in lovely surroundings and welcoming hosts
✓ Excellent freshly cooked breakfast and beautiful view from conservatory when seated in there. Friendly welcome, with well provided welcome tray(delicous chocolate brownie) although nothing provided for gluten free. Rooms very comfortable. Beautiful countryside setting
