The Ixian Grand & All Suites - Adults Only Hotel

Highly recommended!

✓ Everything was fantastic starting with staff and ending with rooms.

✗ The only missing thing was in the evenings after show time , we had no music :/ i think its would be nice if you would play something aside the pool bar while they serving coctails ;-)

Fantastic Hotel with amazing staff

✓ Staff were the best I've met in any resort we have visited and that includes every single member - nothing was too much trouble and they wanted you to have the best stay possible - the pride in their appearance and role are a credit to the hotel. Pool was great and never too busy with the pebble beach literally a few steps away (wear shoes for the beach however a pontoon is available for access to the lovely warm waters of the Aegean sea). We had a sea view room with jacuzzi bath which was fab as the view each morning it worth it. Only used the bath once more for the novelty however this is not private so your privates will be seen!! Room was very spacious and clean and beds were so comfortable. Food in the buffet restaurant was excellent and never repeated. Plenty drinks however limited in choice. Evening entertainment was varied and overall I would say very very good and the rock band on the Friday afternoon were exceptional. I would say this is a 4 star hotel with 5 star touches but overall I will definitely be back in fact its already booked for next year. It was a fantastic week.

✗ Drinks - cocktails are premade and very watery. Sunbeds were comfortable however there a number of broken ones that just need to be removed. Some parties were allowed play loud music on speakers in the pool area while also taking over the jacuzzi area completely and this seemed unfair on those that wanted just to relax. Booking the other restaurants in the hotel was difficult as these were booked up quickly although in saying that when we go back we will stay in the buffet section for the week and that was by far the best option for us.

✓ breakfast was not superb however lunch and dinner were extraordinary. we got a room where the aircondition did not work so they upgraded us to a room with a pool. that was very nice how ever the pool is shared with another room and there were an old couple which were naked all the time. that was a bit annoying. the beach was great as well as the swimming pools.

✓ Friendly staff, great pools and the sea shore is 20 meters away. The all inclusive service is exactly how it is supposed to be. You do not need to spend money on anything. Food was very nice, with great variety in the main restaurant. Great app for all hotel info and for ordering drinks directly to the sun-bed. Standard rooms are big and comfortable.

✗ You need to add some shelves to the rooms cupboard. No one uses hangers theses days. At least not that many. Bar sodas were watered down. Restaurant sodas were great. Not sure why there should be a difference. This happened for the entire week we stayed there.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay! When I have to compare with turkish hotel this one was better in everything, smaller

✓ We stayed in Ixian for one week in standart room with all inclusive and we had amazing stay! Pros: - great location of hotel only 15 min from airport - complimentary transfer to and from airport with MB V class - food was amazing! great selection of meals - meat - chicken, beef, pork, duck, veal, pasta, fish, salads, pasta, pizza, desserts, you can always find whatever you like - healthier food such as salads and freshly grilled meat - great selection of breakfast meals - all variations of eggs, mostly focused on british guests - the hotel staff and customer service was amazing, very polite and kind people always smiling and super fast - the hotel and room was very clean!! everyday cleaning and towel change, super nice cleaning ladies also very clean pools and beach!! - we always stayed on the beach - super clean and super chill- only two rows of sunbeds so it was never overcrowded - you can order your drinks from your sunbed! - adults only is very much appreciated - drinks were ok - we did not tried much coctails but wine and beer was fine - but you can always buy better wine from wine list - japanese ala carte was amazing!!! great 5 star food including sushi and amazing service - many people are complaining about annoying spa ladies but during whole week they approached us like 2 times and when I said that we are not interested they politely left, so no big deal

✗ One thing I would suggest is to maybe renovate hotel rooms, but otherwise super clean!

✓ Excellent hotel and even more amazing staff! We were upgraded to a room with a swim up pool which was great and there is no wrist band requirement, you just give your room number when eating at the hotel. My friend and I were stranded after the Air Traffic Control fault and the staff were incredibly helpful in making arrangements for us.

✗ The buffet could do with a bit more variety between days but the food was good.
