Such a classy elegant hotel
✓ If looking for a 5 star hotel in Rhodes you just got to book Atrium platinum. Such a classy elegant hotel. Rooms so spacious. Food delicious. Staff so friendly from reception, managers, chef, waiters and bell boys. Will definitely come again and recommend to all

✓ stunning views, location, breakfast bar is staff. all the staff are super lovely and friendly
✗ we had a few issues with dietary requirements not being adhered too by certain staff despite being informed by the main reception. however, this was accidental and the hotel staff went over and beyond to compensation for the error. they genuinely couldn’t have done anymore to make up for it. really happy with the stay and would return.

excellent place for the vacation
✓ Excellent place to stay, with few pools, pool bar, close access to the sea. I asked for early check in, and it was provided. Room was really large, super clean. Beautiful view from the balcony. Staff super attentive.

Great food, friendly staff, nice vacation overall
✓ Food was great - we only had breakfast included but there was a lot of variety and everything was excellent. Staff was exceptional, always friendly and ready to please. Room was very spacious and clean. We also had a private pool which was very nice and clean.
✗ While the hotel was lovely and I don't really have anything to complain about, I can say that it's not on par with other 5 star hotels when it comes to the quality of furnishings and decorations in the room. Everything was fine, but it's not exactly luxury. The door is not soundproofed so we could hear EVERYTHING happening in the hallway - our room was on the ground floor and many guests returned late and talked loudly on the way to their room. Luckily I always bring earplugs, but I would have liked for them to not be needed.
