Overall a great stay, would recommend.
✓ Our third visit to this hotel. Lovely place, , staff very helpful, good choice at breakfast. Fabulous pool area and very comfortable sun loungers. The hotel is situated out of Palma but we liked that so we can walk in and taxi back and it is a bit quieter than the hustle and bustle of central Palma.
✗ My only gripe would be that for a five star hotel they should provide you with bottles of mineral water, coffee pods and milk every day without having to search for them, asking the maid or reception then depending on who you ask depends on whether you get it or not!!

✓ great helpful staff and friendly welcome on arrival. well positioned for going into Palma or the beach at Caja Major
✗ despite beingt oo cold to use outside pool access to inside heated pool was restricted to booking.com. Also the water and coffee pods in the room were not replenished after the first day we were told that we would need to pay for this. it just seemed a bit penny pinching for what is meant to be a 5 star hotel.
