Great stay in an urban oasis
✓ Quiet out of city hotel. Lovely room, we were upgraded. Very nice pool area. Good bus links into palma and not to far too walk. Very clean and comfortable.

✓ The staff at the reception are very nice and helpful and so does the chef at the pool bar. The Spa is great and new.
✗ The cleaning of the room is not good and is done ) very poorly. When I arrived, I noticed the floor was dirty and had to ask to clean. I also noticed that they do not vacuum the floor during your stay and I had to ask them to clean our bathroom again and the dirty ( our hair) was still on the floor. I cleaned myself afterwards

A fabulous 3 night stay with friends in this excellent hotel.
✓ Staff were all great. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and was very clean. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh orange juice!
✗ It would have been lovely to have nicer views, especially around the pool area which felt a little enclosed. Location was pretty good but it would have been even better to be slightly closer to the marina or the town.

Perfect hotel for a city break in Palma
✓ It’s the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel, it is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a lovely relaxing holiday. It’s only a 20 minute walk into the city but if you want to relax in the hotel there is a great pool with a pool bar and restaurant. Food was good in both and friendly helpful staff both in the restaurant and reception
✗ My only ‘moan’ is the mosquitos! The last time I stayed there wasn’t any but this time I was eaten alive! I found it hard to stay too long sitting outside in the pool bar. There were none in the room, thank goodness! The staff said it was because of the humid weather
