✗ Lockers were outside the room and the bathrooms were a bit crowded at times but not a big problem really.

Fabulous

✓ Stayed in Rm 301. It was very clean and well maintained. It was relatively quiet for Rome. There just was a little morning noise with trash pickup and vendor deliveries. It was a great value for the money. The location was very central.

✗ Rm 301 was on the third floor, and there wasn't an elevator. The bed was hard. My friends stayed on a lower level in rm101, and there was noise from the restaurant below that kept them up at night and woke them in the morning.

Our stay was absolutely fabulous! We loved the location on the piazza! Our home away from home!

✓ Our receptionist Sarah was so delightful, friendly, helpful and went out of her way to answer questions and give suggestions. Our room was perfect for our needs. The apartment setting added to the charm and satisfaction of being in Italy.

✗ Honestly, the stairs weren't our favorite since our room was on the third floor. I think it would be helpful to prepare guests ahead of time if they are on the top floor so they are able and willing to navigate the steps.

✓ Excellent location very close to Campo Dei Fiori. Air conditioning in room was very cold. Room was clean. Doorbell was answered promptly for checkin, which was straightforward and just required passports from all guests and payment, and guests can access the building with room keys once checked in. A/C etc. in room only works with key, but we were given two so we left one in the room.

✗ Lots of stairs--one floor to main level with check-in, and another up to our rooms (additional rooms on upper floors). No elevator available so beware if you have any accessibility problems. Room is spartan; nowhere to put suitcases and a few random (left behind?) hangers inside a wardrobe. Mattress just okay. Main hall just outside rooms not kept cool even though there are couches and games out there as if guests would spend time together.

We would stay again but get 2 rooms for 4 people. We love this location.

✓ The location in Campo de Firori was excellent. The outside area for breakfast was nice.

✗ The size of the room was small considering it had to accommodate 4 people and 4 large suitcases and carry on bags.
