✓ Very secure conveniently located and very well serviced

✗ I had trouble checking-in mainly because I arrived at 10 30 in the evening. The entry gate is not obviously for Serendipity Hotel, the bell push is Palma! However the receptionist was very helpful and I appreciate his kindness.

Comfortable stay with great location

✓ Location is really nice and the balcony was a plus for us. Close to bus stops which is really great for moving around the city and going to the main touristic points. Private bathroom and comfortable beds are advantages when compared to hostels.

✗ The reception was hard to locate inside the building and needed help to find it. The shower drain clogged and the water stopped going down, but that was solvable by removing the little filter it had to let the water flow, that can be unpleasant but it's no big trouble. The price was quite high but that's probably the Rome average price you'll find.

I recommend them, location close to Termini trainstation which means you quickly get anywhere.

✓ The location was very convenient, close to main train station, many shops around to buy a late night snack or a slice of pizza. Quiet area. The staff was very nice, room was clean, with air conditioning and wifi. The place itself is located in a bigger building and you have to ring the doorbell at the gate to get in when you first arrive but its not complicated. We got keys afterwards. Walls were pretty thin and we could hear the staff and other guests but nothing too bothersome.

Noisy room close to station

✓ The room was clean and close to the station.

✗ They guided us to a different location where we slept in a different hotel, seemed very sketchy. The room didn't have a window, only a big door we couldn't open. it was a bit cold at night, there were no curtains to block the light, it was too bright, from under the door the light was too bright, it was super loud, we could hear everyone around us, which made it very difficult to sleep.
