✓ Pool area was relaxing and very nice. We were very grateful the desk person was able to give us a quieter room. The women waiters were very nice. Location was good.
✗ The male waiters were unfriendly and a bit exasperated, BUT in fairness to them, it has probably been a long tourist season! And we tourist must be trying their patience. Still, a bit of friendliness would have been appreciated.

✗ Overcharged at the pool bar….21 Prosecco’s over 2 days, just a couple of hours there each day. Advice would be to check and pay as you go. We didn’t find the reception staff friendly at all.
