Location was unbeatable but I just don't like the fact that no one came to clean up the room

✗ No cleaner. They did not change the towels and the bed sheets had lints and it was bothering me.

I really liked the hostel staff, location and facilities, and I always felt safe and comfortable.
✓ The staff were really helpful with any questions I had about the area. The breakfast was good and really good value. An issue with our room was really quickly resolved.
✗ There was an issue with cockroaches in our room which as I said was resolved very quickly. In the new room, there was 1 bed that was very uncomfortable. It felt like a trundle bed.

Conveniently located, great value for money
✓ It was conveniently located a bit on the outside of Sorrento but a very brief walk from the center. The room was spacious. There was plug outlet next to the top bunk which isn’t always a given. The bathroom was big too and spacious. The bed were pretty comfy. I thought it was great value for money
✗ There was no window and the walls are pretty thin so we could hear people in the corridor like they were in the room. The other people staying in the room lacked shared room etiquette but that isn’t the hostel’s fault

Very Good
✓ Very good solution for a practical and comfortable stay in Sorrento. The Hotel has a Parking on the overground area at a discounted fee and a lift/elevator that takes right down to the lobby and Reception. Room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Breakfast was exceptional and featured a delicious variety of both sweet and savoury options on display. Staff was very helpful. The Hotel is only a short stroll away from the main shopping and restaurant alleys of Sorrento leading to Piazza Tasso with their characteristic and colourful shops. Restaurants are nearby and easy to reach on foot. Overall. a very good solution to combine both business and leisure needs when staying in Sorrento.
✗ I would suggest placing a tea kettle and some teas and coffee bags in the rooms.

Basic hostel, nothing memorable. Solid 7/10 or so.
✓ Location is okay, it's at the further end of the city center. The shower is good, and I slept all right.
✗ A bit of a grimy/outdated vibe, lights didn't work. My locker still had the prior guest's toothpaste and toothbrush in there.

THE ULISSE IS VERY WELL LOCATED IN THE HOSTORICAL CENTER OF SORRENTO. IT'S VERY EASY TO REACH THE TRAIN STATION AND THE PORT BY WALK OR WE CAN SUGGEST YOU LOVELY TOURS ONCE HERE WITH PICK UP AND DROP OFF.
