A wonderful friendly hotel
✓ Very nice and all the staff were very friendly.
✗ The only reason I marked down was because there was no tea / coffee making facilities and no English speaking tv.

Great stay with an awesome view
✓ The friendly staff, nice view from the balcony, outdoor pool and a clean gym. Bus stop outside the hotel if you prefer public transport, the bus comes every 15 mins.

✓ Amazing location 20 minutes walk from downtown. Staffs is extremely kind and professional. The room clean and the gym really well equipped. Nice Swimming Pool with a garden to relax. Amazing breakfast.
✗ Just a pity that such a nice place doesn´t have a SPA.

Great Little hotel.
✓ Breakfast had a vast variety of food, the room was very clean and very comfortable, the staff was really kind and professional and the location was exactly where I needed to be, with easy access to different parts of the town and the motorway.

Quality experience throughout. Would definitely visit again.
✓ The hotel is great looking, I didn't really get to see the garden but it looks fantastic as well for summer time. I was upgraded upon arrival which was a great bonus. The reception staff was exceptionally helpful throughout. I don't normally eat at hotels' own restaurants but made the exception one night and the food was really good. Great breakfast, nice enough gym, great location for hikes.
✗ No complaints. It's 15-20 minute walk to train station / Bolzano city centre so not exactly close but at the same time the location is great for certain hikes.
