The room and bathroom were a little dated. The hallways were a little dark.
✓ The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good. The breakfast staff were exceptional. The hotel is so convenient for to the train station, supermarket and shopping. Also buses from the train station to the city and port were very accessible and easy.

The Max Hotel Livorno is a great bargain, especially for those who are in town for business and have access to a car.
✓ The staff was very attentive and responded rapidly to my questions with detailed answers.
✗ I chose the property because of its proximity to the train station. It is, however, rather far from the downtown area.

I had a good meal and a good sleep and everyone was helpful.
✓ It had a restaurant; I arrived late in the evening
✗ The hotel was great but location and access not so nice. I booked because it was near station but in the dark could not find it. There was a lonely underpass to back of station and the hotel was a short but lonely walk.

Dear guest,You can store your luggage with us and pick it up when you come back from the islands. I am afraid we do not have a shuttleservice, but we are very close by the train station. From there you will be at the airport very quickly. BestWishes
