Very comfortable and stylish.

✓ Very palatial old style decor. I was upgraded to a suite. Very nice.

✗ Very little but my preference in hotels is cosy Hamptons style. But this is a very Italian hotel and as they say when in Livorno ….

Very good

✓ Nice hotel of the classic palace style. Slightly on the old side, but still in good shape, overall, and with some of the facilities (e.g., wifi, bathrooms, etc.) clearly updated. The rooftop pool was a bit smaller than it seemed in the photos, but still enjoyable. Good location: somewhat far from the city center and train station, but close to the sea and with a bus stop basically right in front. Comfortable bed and pillows.

✗ Staff were okay, but didn't seem very knowledgeable about local infrastructure (such as local public transport). Rooms are somewhat exposed to the street noise, but I slept well.

Fabulous

✓ Standard sized rooms, but the high ceilings really increase the sense of space dramatically. I had an unobstructed view of the ocean, which was fantastic, ad the furnishings were very nice.

✗ No exhaust fan in the toilet. Otherwise everything was perfect. Nothing else to complain about really.

5 star Hotel with good services and huge rooms

✓ Even if weather was poor, Elia was brilliant that ran the bar upstairs. Great time with all the staff and eveyone was helpful

✗ The receptionist didn't tell us how to connect my Wi-Fi. Furthermore, I find it absurd that it costs 18 euros for one day of car parking for hotel guests. Not enough sunbeds by the pool, it was impossible to lie down and relax. We had a room with a balcony, but there was no table and chairs on the balcony.

i would recommand it

✓ The Hotel was amazing ! Very friendly stuff, you first get a welcome drink for free :) the room is big and luxurious and has a comfy bed. The pool is very nice and included in the price.

✗ The entrance of the spa ist not included in the price. The kettle definitly needs to be replaced it looked disgusting

Nice, but it’s lost a bit of its Grand charm.

✗ First, the cleaning staff missed the used panties left behind by the previous occupants….. Second, the gym equipment was old and outdated. For the price I am paying, I expected much better.
