✓ Really friendly and efficient staff made this a fine stay. Very good location on the edge of the old town and next to the bus to the Sacro Monte and the train station.

✓ Perfect accommodation in Varese. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, private parking. Special comliments for Mr. Roberto. That gentleman gave us a welcome as if we were in a 5-star hotel. We are very happy to return to this hotel

Yes, the floors of the rooms are reachable by lift. There are just some steps outdoor, for the main entrance of the hotel. But we also have a room with no step at all, suitable with wheelchairs.
