Good location in Varese
✓ Very comfortable hotel close to Varese center and to the horse track. Very beatiful modern hotel with interesting facilities and private parking. Very good breakfast and an open swimming pool.
✗ Not too close to the city center and a little bit cold style. The swimmimg pool can’t be used after 19:00.

✗ I had a bad experience at the reception. We had to wait about 15 minutes to decide if I pay on the spot for all 4 rooms booked by me, we pay individually, on the spot, when leaving. They decided to pay when we left.Normal! A few hours later, when I was at the table in the hotel restaurant, they ASKED me to come to the reception for clarifications. They wanted me to pay upfront for all the booked rooms. I no longer felt like a guest, but a person at the receptionist's disposal.

Good hotel with AMAZING breakfast!
✓ The breakfast at this hotel is isanely good! Just like the balcony that every standard room gets. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom very practical. The inside of the hotel is modern and clean, which we liked.
✗ The staff at the hotel wasn't always that friendly. Some were, but some weren't. The rooms weren't perfectly cleaned, but is wasn't filthy. The outside view and location of the hotel are very underwhelming and ugly, but the inside is way better.

Would go again!
✓ Nice hotel for the price we paid (around 90€). Fully equipped Conference Hotel with Restaurant (not used) and Bar. Free Underground Parking! Room was big and well equipped, Bathroom also nice.
✗ Prices at the Bar were quite high but this is to be expected in a Conference Hotel.
