Definitely not 5 stars
✗ The service could be 100 times better for a “5” star hotel - my flight was late and I asked the hotel what happened they didn’t even bother to try to get me e new one. No room service and charged 15 leva for nuts because of that - no complimentary drinks and snacks or room service in a 5 Star hotel? I am pregnant and nobody tried to help me with my luggage to or outside the room.

I would go back here in September, no need to look for other hotels.
✓ I was at a dental clinic nearby. I liked everything about this hotel.
✗ It was cold and windy, but I did not expect better weather in February.

it’s very nice place but need some corrections to become fabulous.
✓ Everything was perfectly okay . The price is a bit expensive compared to places in Switzerland or Italy , which are way better for the same price . But the staff were amazing.
✗ i was not impressed by the internal swimming pool . look really dark and unwelcoming. Need more lamps inside the water . And the faience was way darker then it should . The massage I received was nice but now i have pain in my back and I should visit physiotherapist cause I can’t turn my head without pain.

Best extra-season staying!
✓ I liked everything: the wide area it covers, the restaurant, the bar, the terrace, the spa, the roms, the enormous balcony where you could throw a wedding, etc. The food and the drinks, -exquisite-, etc. Best time ever and I strongly recommend it in every season!
