Primorski Hotel

I was here for a busy weekend and enjoyed my stay!

✓ The property was well located, with the beach and many restaurants and facilities nearby! The room was as pictured, beautiful and clean! Staff were very helpful with all my questions

✗ Terrible question - go on site, and check. A menu with 4 options. No comments about juice or other.... no comments. At least the first morning. I stayed 2.

Excellent choice for a hotel with access to Aquahouse facilities.

✓ Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Underground parking and free visits to Aquahouse water zone were included in the price. Location was excellent, just 5 minute walking to the beach and 10 minute drive to Varna city. Hotel Primorski is an excellent choice if you do private treatment at Dentaprime that is 20 minutes walk from the hotel.

✗ Modern interior designer might be not for everyones choice.

✓ Having stayed at Primorski Hotel before, I kind of knew what to expect. Location is second to none, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, too, nothing amazing, but just enough for a 3-star hotel. The room came with free access to Aquahouse, which was nice.

✗ My greatest disappointment was how uncomfortable the bed mattress was. I've stayed at the hotel before, when it was just opened and everything was shiny and new. I don't remember having issues with the bed back then. I'm sorry to say that this time, however, I couldn't get a good sleep, because of how uneven the mattress and particularly the springs were. They were hitting my body no matter which side I was lying, so it felt like I was sleeping on rocks. Another thing - I found a pair of white socks under the armchair. None of us wears white socks, so they must have been sitting there for some time, I guess. Don't get me wrong, the hotel is nice and I'd love to come back, but they really need to check that all facilities/furniture are up to standard.

lovely apartments and very helpful staff. couple of minor issues that could be addresssed.

✓ central, included aqua spa day pass. Accommodation was spacious.

✗ Annoyingly charged for coffee in the apartment! expected to be charged for drinks in fridge but not the coffee. i couldn’t not see a price list to advise there was a charge. shower cubical was not as clean and to standard of the apartment. mould in corners. Great underground parking but difficult to find lift to upstairs, simple sign stating “lift “ on the door would have helped confusion. Breakfast was not covered and fly’s all over food.
