It was really a quick but superb stay in your hotel. Hopefully, I can come back with my family.

I have no complaints about the hotel staff, but the casino is right in front of the hotel, so it is uncomfortable to ent
✗ Security was tight because the casino is located directly in front of the entrance, and there was no place to sit in the lobby, making it inconvenient to wait for a meeting. The attitude of the security staff was not good and they were very overbearing to hotel guests, which made me very angry. Every time you take a picture of the hall, don't take a picture of the casino! The attitude of the security staff was very snooty and they insisted that I erase what I had taken from my phone. Do you refuse to accommodate people who are not interested in the casino, Swissôtel? If so, you should clearly display all precautions at the entrance.

Comfort and good service for the right price.
✓ The hotel had all the basic amenities I needed for my stay PLUS MORE! The Staff were all courteous and helpful. I had an emergency situation and the Front Desk Manager and her staff were so understanding and kind enough to assist me all the way!
✗ None that I could think of except for the guest access to the vehicle parking area which I understand is for our own security.

We can only accommodate 2 adults and 1 child in our Premium Rooms. On the other hand, our Swiss Advantage Rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. With this, we recommend that you book at least 2 Premium Rooms.

Our Swiss Family Suite is not yet available at the moment. Once available for occupancy, a Swiss Family Suite will have a one king-sized bed and one bunk bed. Its maximum occupancy is up to 5 persons; 3 adults and 2 kids. Thank you.
