spoilt like a queen

✓ it’s a new hotel with lots of amenities. the stuff are so nice and a big shout out to Vincent who is the supervisor at the olive restaurant and Joe his boss.

A relaxing and pleasant stay

✓ A relaxing stay after the 2 weeks of back packing across different islands of Philippines. Relaxing bath, spacious room, and the view were pretty good.

✗ Expected more spread across propery as it is a resort.

✓ the staff are all accommodating, everyone greeted us with smile. they made our stay very very special. llyod from conceirge, rex the lifeguard, rowen from the breakfast buffet, plus the whole staff in the reception are very friendly .

✗ cleanliness of the toilet. some areas needs thorough scrubbing.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and lovely swimming pool and surrounds.

✗ I have stayed there twice before, and expected a room at the front overlooking the lake. I was very disappointed to be led through the lobby, past the casino and to a room with a view of a car park at the back. I did not accept this room, and immediately went back to the reception. The staff were very understanding and moved me to a room on the seventh floor overlooking the lake. Very nice. Next time I will specify exactly where I want to stay. Also, needs more shuttle buses to SM Clark City as the first one is at 1.35pm.
