✓ Staff nice and helpful. Liked the restaurant. One gluten-free choice. Clean room. Extra towels provided.
✗ Far from center and attractions. Not handicapped accessible!! Especially, the shower. Has to step up and the tiles when wet were dangerous. No grab bard. I almost slipped and fell!

✗ Prior to my staying I asked the room to be in the quietest possible area of the hotel, and then, once in bed, when I had just closed my eyes all of a sudden very loud music started coming from outside. There was a club very close had just opened. The lady at the Reception I asked to give me another room did that quickly, but the hassle of repacking my stuff and move to another room could have been easily avoided if my request hadn’t been ignored.
