✓ Booked here at short notice. Staff were super friendly and the room and hotel in general was clean and fresh looking. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that but room was small but pleasant and quiet.

Cheap, clean and central
✓ The hotel is situated in the heart of Pisa. Close to everything. It is very clean. It has a lift.
✗ We booked a twin. On arrival, we were told we couldn't have one. If we specifically wanted one, we should have told them in writing. Our so-called double was two twins pushed together, so we pulled them apart. I don't understand why the hotel could not have done this. The gentleman on arrival was very helpful to those who spoke Italian. Not so helpful to us. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. The fridge didn't work. There was no air filter in the bathroom. It was unplugged.
