NH Pisa

Great location, friendly staff, gets the job done.

✓ The location was perfect, a bit of a walk from the usual sightseeing bits but right next to the station which worked for us a we had an early train. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Common areas of the hotel were very neat and tidy and well presented.

✗ The room could do with a touch up, although it was clean, there were chips out of bits of the wall, and scuffs on the desks etc, it did just feel aged and could do with a bit of a refresh to match the other bits of the hotel.

Perfect location.

✓ Location was right in front of train station Pisa Centrale, so it is perfect. Room was quite small, but ok. Officers were quick responses. We booked a different type of beds, then they accomodate quickly. We also have a problem wih safety box, they solved it also taking no times. The smells in the corridor was perfect... We love it. They also provide room for ironing.

✗ Breakfast needs to be improved. More variety please.

✗ We left early, straight after breakfast. We checked out before breakfast so that we were able to leave quickly to catch a flight. As we we’re leaving the receptionist shut the doors hitting one of us with the door claiming we hadn’t checked out!!!!! Better communication needed I think.

✓ Location of hotel is excellent, 1 minute walk from Pisa Centrale Train station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and tidy and good air con as warm outside, fresh smell in room as well. Bathroom facilities excellent. Comfortable bed and big size as well. Everything in room worked well. Great location for visiting Pisa as short walk into central Pisa, 20 minute walk to leaning tower or 1 minute walk to Bus stop for bus travelling to leaning tower from hotel, and access to Train Station for visiting other areas in Tuscany.

✗ Breakfast was ok but normal European breakfast standard.

Great hotel, clean/ tidy, rooms serviced daily. Location by the main train station rooms were quiet.

✓ Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was exceptional, a good range of fresh produce for all tastes. Lovely fresh bread cheese meats croissants, fresh fruit, juice and cakes. Plenty of choice whatever time you went to brekafast.
