✓ As a group, we loved how saife the place was, the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The place is lively and quiet. I liked the services provided to guests. I highly recommend it.

Overall everything OK but no ‘wow’ moments. For almost 500 euros a night. Please talk to you Front Desk team.
✓ Overall, everything was OK apart from the check-in: five people (!) at Reception in the middle of a conversation left me just standing for about half a minute, nobody welcomed me. The receptionist who eventually checked me in didn’t understand my driver’s licence (or whatever, she hardly spoke English and kept on talking to me in Italian even after I explained multiple times I don’t speak Italian). I expect more of a place where I pay almost 500 euros a night.
