Fabulous getaway
✓ Exceptional Service. The entire team were more like family and shared genuine concerns and cared genuinely. The food was also very good. The hotel of course is charming due to its heritage but the team made it even more special.

Very good
✓ I stayed there for the new years night, before I could go to my destination. I was pleasantly surprised by all the events planned by the staff. I enjoyed the sustainable probiotic products. I thoroughly enjoyed the traditional music, dance and art planned to celebrate the 31st might. The staff is extremely friendly, always have a smile.

Lovely staff goes the extra mile!
✓ I like that it is in the Tamil quarter, and a heritage building with lots of character. The staff is wonderful, super sweet and thoughtful, going the extra mile to make my birthday special. I loved the breakfasts! So creative, delicious and extremely well prepared.
✗ personally the older style of the rooms and the fact that they are rather dark, not a ton of natural light. Opening the windows makes it better but since there aren’t screens bugs can come in and I hate being bit by mosquitoes

Comfortable stay in an elegant period mansion, bursting with character
✓ Lovely hotel in an old Tamil style villa in the Tamil Quarter. Very comfortable room, a wonderful lobby, excellent restaurant and very friendly staff.
