Exceptional
✓ Wonderful Turkish breakfast with fresh fruits, eggs the way you wish, olives, jam etc. Very friendly and service orientated staff.
✗ It was a little difficult to find at night as there is no sign for the hotel on the street as it is in a closed residential domain, but the night guards at The Edition Hotel (50m away from the entrance barre) were very helpful.

I Loved staying at this boutique I felt like it’s my own place
✓ It’s so amazing, so Cosy, so quite, so friendly and safe So clean and so elegant I loved that it has a small beautiful garden with cosy dining tables and a small view over the ocean Location is so good and almost 10 to 20 minutes away from most of the nice restaurants and lounges and the new Yalikavak marina Breakfast is so beautiful and delicious The staff are extremely friendly and they know English as well Special thanks to Hilal, bolant, koray, aynur abla, asli, mosa My room was no 108 which has a good size for one person with a small beautiful view over the ocean and the garden
✗ The stairs are so long down to the sea but when you get down it’s totally worth it because the beach is stunningly clean and beautiful I used to stay till sun set and it’s so so beautiful Highly recommend Also taxi or transport is a bit hard but hotel staff support you so nicely all you have to do is ask the reception with a good notice

✓ Don’t look any further. Between the big resorts and luxury villas is this absolute gem of a boutique hotel that gives you the full Turkish gastronomic experience you are looking for. Great stay overall!
✓ We had a great stay. It was a really cozy/cute and well cared for boutique hotel. The view from the room and balcony was beautiful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The beach was beautiful, the sand is white and the water is light blue. The owner was always around and very helpful! The staff were alll sooooo very kind! All smiling and so helpful, always! Such good people!
✗ The stairs down to the beach were quite long. If you have a car though, you can go around them. The fan in the restroom either didn’t work at the time of my stay or maybe I didn’t know how to turn it on. They had all the toiletries but didn’t have a toothbrush. Maybe they ran out at the time of my stay, I don’t know.

✓ The hotel staff, politeness, hospitality, cleanliness, and the breakfast is super and comparable to 5 star experience. There is a private beach like 100 or 200 stairs down the hotel Super quite at night- no club noise.
✗ This is not about dislike but knowledge. The hotel is in a closed residential site. There is no restaurant in walk proximity. There is a snack place down towards the private beach. The town is 5 min away by taxi and costs 3 to 5 usd so ok.There were other statements of 30 min - but this is by foot. If you can book outside season and take room with seaview. take it. - its a major difference. The rooms at lower part face garden.
