✓ The staff at the reception was very nice and welcoming and very helpful plus the location was great. Breakfast was good also.

✗ there was this incident the teenager working in the club bathroom made me uncomfortable and was getting very close to me in creepy way when the sink didn’t work which made feel unsafe during my stay.

During my whole stay, nobody came to clean my room.

✓ The location is great. The pool is also nice.

✗ I arrived in the middle of the night, when I was welcomed by a member of staff who spoke literally 0 English or any other language. He just took my luggage to the room and wanted to leave, but when I started asking information such as: what is breakfast time, is there an elevator, what's the wifi password - he would just shrug his shoulders. Also - what bothered me a lot more is that in the 4 nights I was there - nobody came to clean the room, change the towels, bring toiletteries.. nothing. I requested it at the reception as well as called from my room multiple times, but without any luck.

✓ the service was the best, thanks to Farida the lady from Russia who took care of me without asking and the receptionist who checked me in in 1 min without any paperwork, after I said I was feeling sick…the staff is incredibly amazing and I know what I am talking about when I mention service!Thank you Sandorra Hotel for letting me know that there is still kindness and care in this world!
