Very disappointing and customer service is very poor

✗ Disappointing! They charged me 2x of my 1 night payment. They are not responsive on my request for refund. (Property & booking com) According to the hotel staff they are not liable. The recepcionist namely alex is not properly trained to assist the clients. She gave us a room in which the aircon is not working & she told me to wait. Ard 2am i told her again that we are suffocated already because it is very hot in our room. After 15mins she told us to transfer to another room w/c is beside our room and almost the same room capacity. I booked for 1 room and request to add extra person & matress w/extra charge that I will pay but she refused coz they are fully booked already and theres no available room. However, when I ask her for extra room and will book via walk in then she gave me a room(terrible! There it is) The ambiance is noisy due to someone is fixing the wall/cabinet and there'a cock crow & theres an insect in the double deck matress.

An okay place for an okay price.

✓ The place was a fair value for money. What I loved about was the location, security as it was beside brgy. Hall, and most importantly, the heater. All in all, our stay was okay.

✗ Facilities are subpar but I wouldn't expect much for a cheap price. There were no complementaries, not even a bottle of water or toiletries. The bedsheets keep slipping off the dirty futon. Flooring was sticky, and the worst part was that the sink is beside the bed. There was in icky smell inside the bathroom as well.

✗ TV in the room doesn’t work and it seems like there’s no way for them to fix it because there was no action taken. The wifi almost doesn’t work. It’s useless most of the time.
