✓ The host is sooooo nice and the apartment is very clean! From the cable car, it is only 2 min. to walk! Coop supermarket also 2 min. away. The apartment is very nicely decorated! Nespresso machine and milk former are there!
✗ There is nothing I did not like! If there is a Laundry machine, it would be a plus!
✓ We loved the location as it was easy to find and close to the main areas but very private. The apartment was darling and cozy. She has additional apartments also. Loved being able to cookout in the courtyard and enjoy the scenery while eating. The other guests were wonderful to visit with. Great mix of traditional and modern. We'll be returning. Gaia is amazing and so friendly.
✗ Well I should have had Gaia put up the curtains on a small window but I told this wasn't needed. Outside light reduction with curtain would have been better. However, as the one who said this was not needed, it's really on me! So sorry I could not get my photos posted. Old computer and I am sure user error.
✓ A great position near to the cable car and lift. the apartment is charming, very comfortable (we were 2 people) and well equipped. Communication with the hostess was easy and she was very helpful.

✗ the only thing I wasn’t aware of is that you need to take the cable car to access the chalet, which means we had to add another 100chf for the tickets and parking.
Hi thank you for request. In Bettmeralp the situation is quiet. You have to put the mask in the shops and in the cable car. The animals are welcome just be careful that the cat doesn't nail the furtnitures. all the best
