Villa Rivoli is a privately-run hotel, located in the historic centre of Nice, just 100 metres from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais. It offers accommodation in a 19th century Belle Epoque building with a garden and a concierge service.

✓ Excellent location, very traditional hotel, very clean, very friendly staff.
✗ En-suite a little small.
✓ We had a nice stay at Hotel Villa Rivolli! It is a very quaint hotel in an excellent location. The staff was nice and accommodating. It’s close enough to walk to the promenade and old town. It is also very convenient for getting to transportation to visit other locations like Monaco, and Ezz. We enjoyed the breakfast outside in the pretty patio area. We thought it was worth the money.
✗ We did not feel paying extra for a balcony room was worth it because it was such a small area that you could not even go out on.
✓ The building was beautiful and access was pretty easy
✗ The room was quite small, similarly to the bathroom. We were also unaware that the room we booked was a sub-basement room until the day before the booking.
✓ The room was very attractive in a traditional sort of way. Breakfast very good and enjoyed eating in the garden. Staff very friendly and helpful.
✗ Sometimes supplies of breakfast fruit not available.
✓ It was a good variety of food for breakfast and It was available over a long period. It was delightful to sit in the garden while we had our breakfast.
✗ Nothing as far as we are concerned.
✓ Small older hotel, cute balcony. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming.
✗ Room seemed much smaller than in than advertised. Street noisy.
✓ location nice old building comfortable room and bed very polite and helpful reception girl
✗ not free small bottle of water in room (see it for a first time lol) very overpriced - nothing special at all
✓ Fantastic location 2 mins away from Anglais de Promenade and 15 mins walk from old Nice. The room is very clean and comfortable though I was in the basement one so it had plain white walls nothing like the pictures. The staff were really nice. Breakfast is adequate not superb but adequate
✗ The room needs proper curtains and blinds. I had to cover the window with cushions and pillows to make sure that my privacy is protected. It was ok though it worked.
