Fabulous location and friendly staff

✓ Beautiful rooftop and the food was excellent. Staff were always accommodating.

✗ The closure of the pool at 5pm I think 6pm would have been a better time although I understand that it’s a busy restaurant in the evening.

Lovely hotel, great location and amazing staff

✓ Amazing location and lovely hotel. We loved our room (Junior Suite) and the sofa bed was also very comfortable and just like a bed. Loved the roof terrace with amazing views. We didn't use the pool but it was also on the roof terrace and looked lovely albeit on the small side. Great food (we had dinner on the terrace) and brilliant breakfast.

✗ A few things in our room could have been fixed better; the door handles to the bathroom and toilet were loose and if anyone pulled hard enough, would have come off. We had to call someone to turn the shower taps on because they were extremely stiff. Everything we reported to the staff was dealt with very quickly. Also the one major thing that lets the hotel down is the Fitness Room. It was awful. A dark, dingy room that looked more like a storage room with a few machines and a fan for air. Not good enough for a 4-star hotel. You're better off going for a run along the promenade.

Good value for money, great staff

✓ Great location and the staff are exceptional. It's very clean and near the park. The pool has lovely views of the city . It's just a short walk to the beach

✗ Decor is a little old and my room had a few scuffs but it was all clean and tidy

Lovely hotel - amazing location

✓ Amazing location, great facilities especially the pool and bar on the roof. Nice spacious rooms.

✗ Only issue we had was the room had a funny smell, a bit like drains.
