✓ The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. There is a lot of free parking space. The staff is nice and helpful.
✗ We were not able to set up the AC in the room ourselves (there was no remote and no thermostat). Instead we were supposed to ask on the reception, or during the periods when there is no staff at the reception, call a number they provided us to have it turned on or off. This was a bit inconvenient, but we had a nice stay nevertheless.

✗ The pillow is a bit flat, the shower curtain does not properly work and the shower head is a bit calcified. There is no breakfast (mentioned in the description) so keep that in mind.

✓ The staff were really helpful even from a distance. The room was big enough, bathroom. was big and clean. The hotel has a small lobby with vending machine with nice coffee and cold water. A good 10 min walk from the train station.
✗ You have to ask for a hair dryer at reception - not available in the room. Neighborhood was quite, but seemed empty and there was nothing to do or see nearby.

✓ The place is perfect value for money. Very simple but excellent if you just want to sleep and take a shower in a decent place. The location is perfect if you want to use the train station daily, it's less than 10' away. Basically you are next to the train station but in a residential neighborhood that feels very safe and pleasant. It was very clean and the people are polite.
✗ It has a clear hospital vibe which is not a problem for a few nights, so don't expect nothing modern or fancy. Limited check in hours is the biggest issue here. A real reason to avoid the place. Very unfortunate because otherwise is great value for money.
